Wholly Yours: A Whole Person Approach to Weight Loss

We hear you. It's been a tough year for those of us with a goal to lose weight. The added stress, stay at home orders, and all too easy access to all the comfort foods at home haven't helped, have they? If you're ready to lose some of those pandemic pounds, consider joining us for our winter program.

We have heard many of you express that you would LOVE to participate in Wholly Yours but that your financial situation is limited. We have exciting news for you! In order to make our program more accessible to those with financial limitations, we have modified our structure this year so that more of you can jump in!


  • Instead of requiring a commitment for our entire 5-week program, we are offering our five sessions as stand-alone events. This way you have more flexibility in choosing which sessions feel most relevant to you.

  • Instead of having one session per week, we have decreased the frequency to two sessions per month. Our hope is that this will lift the burden off of your monthly budget.

  • We are offering an introductory Meditation & Creative Practice for a discounted price of $10. This session will introduce you to the whole person wellness model we use in Wholly Yours and give you a taste of what Wholly Yours is like.

The cost of sessions 1-5 is $25 each. A Zoom link and dial in number will be sent to you once payment is received.

Open communication is vital for families navigating chronic illness. For this meeting, Fran will lead us in a discussion about how to talk about your chronic illness with people who don't seem to understand what you are going through.

How to Apply for Disability

Once you receive a chronic diagnosis, many things begin to change. At some point along the way, you may need to apply for government disability benefits. In this meeting, Fran will lead us in a discussion about what is involved in that process. We will also have group members share about other programs, government or otherwise, that they have found helpful and how to access those resources.


All meetings will take place on Zoom due to continued pandemic precautions
