Introduction to Wellness Tracks

The journey towards health and wellness can sometimes be a long, lonely and frustrating process, but it doesn’t have to be. The goal of the Vineyard Community Center Health & Wellness Tracks is to provide a context where you can experience companionship as you learn to bring your whole being into the process: physical, intellectual, emotional, relational and spiritual.  You will learn how to improve your chances of sticking with the process as you grow into greater wholeness one small step at a time - right foot, left foot. Introduction to Wellness Tracks will present our new Wellness Tracks course offerings and Dr. William Malarkey’s whole person wellness model that we will be using in most of our wellness classes.

Wholeness Meditation & Creative Practice

Wholeness is most effectively attained when it starts as an interior work that invites each part of your person into the process: physical, intellectual, emotional, relational and spiritual. This contemplative session will start with a Scripture meditation to explore the various components of your being and to encourage silent dialogue with God in order to become aware of where you are in your wellness journey. We will close with a creative exercise to aid you in this process.

Let's Talk About Stress

Let’s Talk About Stress is a comprehensive introduction to stress management honoring the integration, balance, and harmony of mind, body, spirit, and emotions. We will discover the nature, sociology, and physiology of stress. We will explore the connection between stress and disease and the emotions commonly associated with stress.

You can pay for each session separately or for multiple sessions at once by changing the quantity.
