The weight loss journey can sometimes be a long, lonely and frustrating process, but it doesn’t have to be. Perhaps you have previously focused on willpower alone and found minimal or unsustainable results. You may not realize that you have areas of strength that can help shore up your weaknesses. The goal of Wholly Yours is to provide a context where you can experience companionship as you learn to bring your whole being into the process: physical, intellectual, emotional, relational and spiritual.  You will learn how to improve your chances of sticking with the process as you grow into greater wholeness one small step at a time - right foot, left foot.

Here are some important next steps that we need you to take in order to participate.

  • A signed Still Waters client agreement is required for participation in the Wholly Yours program sessions. To view and acknowledge the agreement, click the button at the bottom of this page.

  • Registration is required.

  • The cost of the 6-week program is $297, which includes six one-hour group coaching sessions. â€‹

A WHOLE PERSON APPROACH TO WEIGHT LOSS

Wholly Yours is a faith-based weight loss program that activates your whole person in the weight loss process. You will learn to see how the various dimensions of your being (Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, Relational, and Spiritual) affect and are affected by your current state of holistic wellbeing. You will discover tools that will help you to leverage all of these wellness dimensions in order to find the greatest level of success possible towards your weight loss goal. We will focus on one wellness dimension each week (Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, Relational, and Spiritual) and you will choose a weekly action step corresponding to that week’s dimension focus.

The whole person wellness model used in Wholly Yours was developed by Dr. William Malarkey from the Ohio State University College of Medicine as outlined in his book Finding J.O.Y. (Amazon link below). You are encouraged to buy a copy of the book to use as a personal devotional during the 5 week program period. However, using the book is not required for participation in the Wholly Yours program.

Your Wholly Yours Program Coaches

Meetings will be facilitated by health and wellness coaches who will companion you as you explore various ways to invite your whole self into your weight loss journey.

Lori's journey includes earning a degree as a Certified Health Coach, Weight Management Specialist & Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle Coach. Her career as a Health Coach is derived from her own journey after receiving a life changing diagnosis that would push her to take control of her health in a holistic way. After seeing amazing results, she was inspired to become a Coach to help others achieve their optimal health & wellness.

Tiffany Cooper
American Council on Exercise Health & Fitness Coach

I am blessed to be on a successful fit lifestyle journey that started in my forties. I am certified by the American Council on Exercise to teach group fitness and to provide health coaching. I enjoy encouraging others to take that baby step toward a goal and then cheering them on as they run to the finish line. I am a believer that exercise is for everyone, you just have find what gets you gets you moving.

With over 25 years work experience in healthcare and training in the fields of spiritual direction, wellness coaching and relaxation therapy, my greatest joy is to companion people on their journey towards wholeness. My coaching style focuses on discovery of a healing and sustainable life balance, finding your strengths that can shore up your weaknesses, and discovery of a healthier sense of wellbeing and a more complete overall wholeness through the awakening of all the dimensions of self. I am also a vowed member of the Order of the Common Life, the monastic expression of the Vineyard movement. As a religious sister, I will often use guided reflection and contemplative practices to help awaken the awareness of life truths previously hidden or unclear.
